This is the replacement polishing wheel for the Acrylic Pen Buffing System. The wheel is a combination of cotton and flannel which is specifically designed to work with the Acrylic Pen Buffing System. DO NOT use any blue rouge on this wheel. This wheel is used to remove any excess from the applicator wheel.
