Description
Fossilized shark vertebrae are carefully hollowed out and placed onto a hand painted brass tube. Barnacles and shark teeth are also placed onto the tube. The assembly is then placed into a mold and colored acrylic is poured over the tube and placed into a pressure chamber for 12 hours. The assembly is removed from the mold and the block is turned down on a lathe, hand sanded, polished and assembled with the pen components.
The pen comes in the shark engraved cherry box as shown.
The pen utilizes a "Parker Style" refill which is readily available at any stationary store. Parker style refills are available in the Pens Accessories & Supplies section of this website.
