All sales are final. BG Artforms guarantees your fine writing instrument will be free from defects due to a complete and rigorous inspection of your pen before it leaves our studio. Should your pen not work to your satisfaction (which I doubt), we will make it right for you. Please call us 267-332-0007 and we can discuss your situation. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

These are custom hand crafted pens created one at a time. I DO NOT have elves making my pens. From time to time I will be out of stock on some of my more popular styles. If I am out of stock please contact me through the contact us page and I will make every effort to create your ideal pen. With that in mind please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery if it is out of stock.
