This blue acrylic rouge is specifically designed to work with the Acrylic Pen Buffing System to give your acrylic material a scratch-free shine. This will remove any micro scratches that may be left after you wet sand your acrylic material with the PFK-1 Acrylic Finishing Pads. The rouge is ONLY applied to the Tan wheel
